WordPress rolls out it’s major 13th release of the worlds most popular blogging platform last June 17, 2010 is now available for download or you can simply upgrade or update via your WordPress Dashboard, make sure and see to it that you’ve updated all necessary plug-ins and don’t forget to back up files and database settings.

With over a million downloads of WordPress 2.9, WordPress 2.9.1 has been released to address some technical issues and bugs which caused problems with scheduling of posts and pingbacks. Unless you’re not experiencing other issues, there’s no need to upgrade, but before doing such upgrade be sure to back up first your database and other WordPress files to be safe, (keep your fingers crossed..

The Mindanao Bloggers Summit 3 which was held in Cagayan de Oro was a blast!
From there, I would like to thank my colleagues from Manuel A. Roxas Elementary School (MARES) for giving out their all out support for my sponsorship for attending the said event held on October 24, 2009.

The Cagayan de Oro Bloggers (CDO Bloggers) group is set to play host to the Mindanao Bloggers Summit 3, which will be held on October 24, 2009. With the theme, “Mindanao: Bag-Uhon Ang Panan-aw,” the MBS 3 aims to uphold the beauty and strength of the island and to expunge the negative notions the world has about it.
(Cagayan de Oro City, Mindanao, Philippines – October 21, 2009) – It’s all systems go for the Cagayan de Oro Bloggers (CDO Bloggers) as they play host to the much-awaited Mindanao Bloggers Summit 3, an annual gathering of Mindanao-based bloggers, IT industry experts, community leaders and new media advocates, on October 24, 2009 at Pearlmont Inn, Limketkai Drive, Cagayan de Oro City. Roughly 300 bloggers are expected to attend this year’s summit.

The event was gathered by bloggers around the local scene of Davao City spearheaded by no other than by Janette Toral of Digital Filipino, author of Blogging from Home which I myself grabbed a copy, course Pagcor Davao for the sponsorship and Grand Regal Hotel.
