OMG!
Well, I was very disappointed! My blood pressure rose quickly to my head! Good thing I managed myself not to cause any argument that may lead to public scandal. The petty incident happened just today June 10, 2009, around 5 pm.
I ask kindly for assistance twice at this cashier lady, whose so busy poking with the cash register, I ask twice because she haven’t heard me I guess!
The incident happened in photo developing store which happens to be Fuji Color at SM Davao City, she simply gave that annoying look if I may say, if not an arrogant look, and to make matters worse she didn’t even cared smile or do some customer relations by talking. – not even a single word.
She called to the person in-charge of the photo developing machine to assist me transfer the pictures via Bluetooth, second I ask for the specifications brochure of the camera – failed to give me one.
I was wondering if the company she was working there are being trained with proper customer relations. I mean not all individuals are accustomed to be at their own level of competence!
